All of the paint has been donated by visitors. More than 220,000 gallons have been applied with brushes by hand.
The MuseumBuilt entirely by hand of found objects, tree limbs and straw bales donated by local farmers.
Man-made trees provide support for the structure from within. The structure is completely unique in the world.

Never one to follow the lead of another, Leonard created his art form by bringing together the materials he had on hand. Window caulk, old paint and discarded tires.
